The team uses this to let customer click a button to ping our cell phone to initiate the chats. I have mine set up with webhooks to message a room in Noysi too just for good measure.

Respond to the lead with Hippovideo ltd, move and format webhooks with KonnectzIt ltd, into Noysi ltd, to know when the customer viewed the video if they kept watching after the price was mentioned, then we can send an appropriate recommendation based on how excited they seem. If they don't seem to like the price we can use a template in Heybase that has value options.

I always mentally set aside the first deal or two I probably picked up because of a product I bought here, and after that I consider it's paid for itself. This is a product that really helps the team by letting them get that sms when someone initiates a chat. What a steal of a deal.
