Does ProductLift have an integration with Jira? Ideally, as Jira tickets are completed I'd love for them to show up on the changelog automatically. Is this possible? If not, is it on the roadmap?
Yes - ProductLift does have an integration with Jira, you can read how it works in this guide: https://app.productlift.dev/p/integrate-with-jira-RU1cVj
Thanks for your question. It is not possible to stack higher than 5 codes. You could however purchase two accounts, one with 5 codes, and one with the additional codes you need.
Hi, product looks pretty great, but what happens when we hit the limit of projects, say at the top tier? Might we be able to purchase additional portals at a fixed price or would we have to move to a monthly plan at that point?
When you hit the limit during this Appsumo deal, you can purchase an additional code. When you hit the limit after the Appsumo deal, you would indeed need to purchase an additional monthly plan.
I suggest to plan ahead to ensure you get the limits future proof :)
Do you have something like a Chrome extension or something like that which acts like a capture tool for feedback/bugs etc like Usersnap does?
When we're inputing tons of bugs and changes on a site, it's not efficient to sit there and take a screenshot, save it to our desktop, then attach it as a file to our PL feedback.
Thanks for your message. ProductLift does not have this functionality at the moment. We have it on our wish list here: https://app.productlift.dev/p/chrome-extension-q6eTan You can vote for it to keep up to date.
As for screenshots, you don't need to save them to the desktop. You can copy them inside the description directly. It will then automatically be attached.

Q: More than 5 Codes?
Is it possible to stack more than 5 codes to add the number of projects? If so, how many projects are added per code?

Q: custom domain
I'm trying out your tool. How long does it take for the custom domain setup to start working?

Great to hear. Typically it takes around 24hrs to finalize the SSL and custom domains.
