Redeem code is not working
I've bought 2 codes, but the onboarding experience is really bad. They force you to choose a plan and enter the coupon code, but when you do, it shows as invalid. After that, there's no error message or confirmation that the account was successfully created. I had to log out and log back in because I was stuck on the plan purchase screen. When I logged in again, my code still wasn't activated and continued to show as invalid—both codes. I reached out to support, but I haven’t received any response yet.
