As of this morning I am no longer able to use ElevenLabs voices in the lifetime plan. I get a pop up saying "Unlock ultra realistic voices with ElevenLabs. A special offer just for our Lifetime users. Puppetry business for just $79.99 $9.99 per month." This is the same voice I used on Friday with no issues. Did you change the plan without letting us know?

Thanks for reaching out, I'm sorry but we never included 11 labs voices in the LTD. It was always a paid upgrade (discounted at $9.99/month for LTD users).
We did migrate away from PlayHT voices to OpenAI voices because of reliability issues with PlayHT voice generation.

Funny because on the Puppetry/AppSumo info page at
https://www.puppetry.com/posts/puppetry-on-appsumo-frequently-asked-questions
it says:
Q. Are all available voices included within the AppSumo deal?
Yes! All voices in the Puppetry are part of the deal. You can use any of them as much as you like.
But does not specify that ElevenLabs is not included or the limit of 40 voice generations a day
At the time the FAQ was written, we did not have eleven labs.
It’s impractical for us to offer lifetime unlimited service to eleven labs which is a third party to whom we pay usage charges.
