- The platform was not good for a long time, but now it's starting to get better. I'm stuck with fees here and seeking a subscription, so it's not very fair for people investing in the platform. What is the status? I got Tier 3, which I am supposed to have, but not as of December 2025. Okay, I get it. $5 per month to use my own key is fair.

- Hello, I just invested into your platform, Tier 6. I’m excited to launch my brand and utilize your robust platform. If you do not mind, I have some questions in regards to UGC. 1. Can you please share additional information about your avatars? For example, are these real, human looking avatars? Can they wear your product to model, can they hold your product to showcase the look and market it to customers? 2. How many different UGC avatars are available on the platform? Can we have avatars show empathy or other emotions? 3. Can we create avatars that are used in videos on our You Tube Channels? For example, we have videos and our Avatars can share what the videos are about, speak the script that is posted to the video, etc? 4. - Hello, I see that you offer custom avatars on your main website. However, I do not see any mention of this feature with the max Tier 4 options. Can you please share any additional information? Can you share what virtual photoshoots are? Thank you,
