SaaS-PTQ: Clarification Needed on Credit Allocation of Quizify
I purchased Tier 4 of Quizify but am confused about the credit system (still in BETA) that requires a credit for each action ("collect funnel submissions, generate AI funnels, send emails, and MORE"). I understand credits will be assigned to LTD buyers once the system goes live.
Since Tier 4 allows for 10,000 submissions per month, can I assume AT LEAST 10,000 credits will be assigned MONTHLY to Tier 4 buyers?
I suggest assigning 30,000 credits MONTHLY for Tier 4 to cover submissions, emails, and an additional action. This way, "More" would still be excluded, but I think that's fair.
This clarification is crucial, as buyers do not expect to purchase extra credits for actions that they presume are already included (Submissions + Emails + Integrations). If there’s no generous monthly credit allocation, what are we actually buying here?

Jun 14, 2025A: Everything that's included in your Tier 4 plan — like 10,000 monthly responses, logic, scoring, integrations, etc. — works without needing any credits. Credits are only required for features outside your plan. For example, if you exceed your 10,000 responses, want to send emails (which aren’t included in any LTD plan), or use certain advanced features, those will consume credits. We're designing the credit system to be fair and optional — core features covered in your LTD will stay unlimited as promised within your plan limits.

You can now get notified via email when someone submits your form using our built-in email feature (which works on credits). Alternatively, you can integrate with Zapier or Make and set up your own email notifications from there — that method doesn’t require any credits.
All LTD users get a one-time free credit bundle based on their plan, and you can purchase more credits anytime from the app.
