Hi there! So I created an account and I was playing around on the free version. Then I upgraded to Tier 1 for $29. However, when I click Launch Quizify - it takes me to Activate Your Account. It does not let me Log In. When I try to Active my account, it says the email was already created, which it was. And then when I go back to the free version I was playing around on, it does not realize that I had upgraded. There’s some sort of disconnect. Would appreciate your help - thank you! Nov 11, 2025A: Since you signed up using the normal signup process, you won’t be able to access the AppSumo plan features right now.
To fix this, we’ll need to manually delete your current account first. After that, you can activate your license directly through the AppSumo portal.
Please confirm if you’d like me to delete your existing account.
Before we proceed, make sure to back up any data you might need.
Once deleted, please follow these steps to activate your AppSumo plan:
Log in to your AppSumo account.
Find the Quizify app in your products.
Click “Launch” or “Activate Application.”
You’ll be redirected to the Quizify registration page (for AppSumo users).
Complete the registration process — your AppSumo plan will be automatically applied.

Thank you! When you say that I signed up using the normal signup process - what do you mean by that? And what are the AppSumo plan features that I cannot use? Will I have access to all the quiz features like adding more than 5 questions, doing the logic part, etc? Thank you!

The normal sign-up process on our website is for monthly subscription users, not for AppSumo LTD users. As an AppSumo user, you’ll get access to all the features included in the specific tier you purchased on AppSumo. So yes, you’ll be able to add more than 5 questions, use logic jumps, and other features according to your AppSumo plan.

Type and Score results are in Tier 2 plan, so you need to upgrade your plan on appsumo to access them. Thanks.
