Business proposals are something that play a major role in bringing business to you, with help of business proposal tools you can easily increase the probability to impress the clients and make the whole process smoother. I've started using Quoters for one month, and in this one month here is what I liked and didn't like about the Quoters
Here is what I like:
1. Extremely easy to use. Once set up, Quoters creates professional looking proposal/contracts within minutes that can impress your clients.
2. Custom branding with your own domain to make it even more professional
3. It has autofill placeholders just like your browser's autofill, to make you more productive and save time.
4. Do you have videos/photographs for your business? It can be embedded right into your proposal, no more link sharing and clicking.
5. Do you have different rate cards for your business? Leave it on Quoters' rate and cost library. It keeps a record of all your rate cards and costs. Creates calculation free rates card for your proposal.
6. More than 25 pre-made templates for the common type of proposals and option to save any proposal as a template makes you even more productive, once a template is set similar kind of proposal can be created in 1-2 minutes only.
7. I mailed them for on Saturday and got a response on Monday, I don't know why people are complaining about the support.

And the things I don't like:
1. I found the initial setup of creating a proposal template is time-consuming (2 hours in my case) as it requires some creativity to make it completely look like your brand website.
2. No option to import contacts. Will have to create one by one for existing clients.
3. Integration is limited to Zapier as of now.
4. Limited availability of fonts, what if someone wants the same fonts as the brand website?
5. PDF conversion kills the beauty of the original proposal by cropping the images.

They are running a survey to know what features to be added to Quoters that are key for your business if they really listen to users and work based on the feedback then Quoters has the potential to grow big but only with active development based on the feedback. Considering the ease of use and good limits with all features even with the single code, I am giving 4.5 tacos to Quoters.
