Quoters is built with the right idea in mind, and delivers very well.

Been using this for some time, and love the interface. Interactive proposal builder, and the ability to have e-signed. Whitelabel feature is solid and promotes the brand very well (great feedback from clients)

Software on desktop speeds things up, templates provided are being added (albeit a pause during COVID outbreak - understandable)

Constructive Feedback:
1. More secure link when 'out to sign' and electronic stamp (date/time/data bits) when client sign.
2. Must have ability to natively integrate with stripe/paypal, the big international payment gateways to enable on the spot signing and paying - whats an accepted quote without the moola? $$$
2a. If not, a native integration with Quickbooks Online or XERO so automatically generate an invoice to go. (option 2 is better)
3. Conditioning of pricing tables is necessary, if 'this' is checked then 'that' is applied (making sense!?)
4. Intuitiveness of software needs polishing - Quoters is no longer restricted to the local market of origins - its hit the International Grandstage - that is AppSumo - make it happen, because this is a winner!

The potential is there with solid fundamentals - recommend buying with minimum 3 stack, even if you dont need it. This equals amazing LTD value, so invest now to make the LTD more worthwhile and help Quoters grows to be the beast it is capable of being.
