No! I was not able to do it that way. Do not blame me for your support shortcomings. I WAS never on the Tier 1 plan. I've been trying to get help on this since 8/31 and all you've managed to do now was delete the plugin without my permission. Thanks for that! The only reason your product is not soaring with 5 tacos is because of your support.

I'm not a newbie App Sumo user here. If I tell you I can't access the product and you start talking about support tickets but when I click support, all I get is an email address and that email address has failed me several times with short answers and we need more info and excuses, just like the one here. Quit blaming your users and take responsibility.

The best responses I've seen are only when things are handled publicly. You did not need to delete the plugin. It should have been activated correctly and when that failed, you should have solved it in a day or two, not 11 days! And then to just delete it and blame me saying I could have solved it myself, wow!
