I originally passed up Rake, but a colleague talked me back into it. The service itself is very good and there are tons of features, especially when compared with competitors. The UI is nice and easy to follow, and setting up the features seems easy enough. I believe this has tons of potential, yes, but there is a lot already here. Notifications are instant, mobile app is stable, etc. As far as knocking off slack, they will easily be able to if they continue on their roadmap of adding a desktop client and add in Pabbly and Integrately integrations. Talking with some of my colleagues in the community, we mostly use slack for notifications etc from our various SAAS via (Pabbly connect/Integrately/Zapier).

Their customer service is the best I've encountered. I had an issue after first setting up my space so I emailed them. Their leadership responded in 20 minutes to ask clarifying questions. They fixed the issue quickly after my answers and released an update and added the fix in the changelog. WOW. Transparency and results from soup to nuts. I am a lifer because of that wondrful experience. Five Tacos, and would go to the moon if they added those integrations so we can finally rip slack out of our lives.
