It has not been working since last month, and the Chinese keywords are still displaying as garbage random numbers. I reported this issue several months ago, but it persists. The problem has not been resolved as promised. As I cannot update my review, I am raising my concern here.

To be honest, the keyword search tool has been very slow and nearly unusable for many months. Since last month, it has stopped working entirely. I hope your team is still active and can address this issue. Rank Atom used to be a valuable tool, and I would like to continue supporting it. It's unfortunate that communication with customers has ceased.
