Only today I have had a chance to read the refund by the 8th of November 2024.
I have been away. I checked my emails, and it looks like you didn't send any notification about the refund deadline for my RankAtom purchase.
I am so upset and frustrated that I bought 3 codes for an abandoned app and I can't even get a refund.
I just realized the same. I wish they would've sent an email :(

Me too, I am in the same boat. How come there was no email??? meanwhile AppSumo diligently sends marketing emails almost every day!
Same here…I bought Tier 4 and have used it for several years now. Now, it’s dead.

Same... no notification. I gave it another shot today to see if it would work, but no luck. I decided to come here to find out what was going on and noticed that there was a short window where refunds were actually possible.
