I purchased this product with high hopes, but unfortunately, it hasn’t worked for me. Initially, it functioned somewhat, but its performance has deteriorated significantly over time. I’ve reached out to both the company and AppSumo for support, but so far, no solution has been provided. Despite this, I’ve noticed that AppSumo continues to give it positive feedback, which I find quite surprising and disappointing. I was expecting more reliable performance and better customer service. What a world we are living in where subpar products still receive high praise!
