Well, when App Sumo purchases had access, it was great. No it looks like all App Sumo accounts are shut down or cannot access any data without signing up for a Monthly or Yearly subscription. App Sumo support - please contact them and see what's going on and why they are no longer honoring the App Sumo deal. Since they are still in business, I recommend App Sumo as a collective have attorney send a letter saying to either reinstate all our accounts with the tiers we purchased or offer full refund.

Been an App Sumo purchases for many years. I understand quite a few of these products cease to exist and the company shuts down. But to lose access yet still see they are fully operational and in business is a real slap in the face.

They have now removed all functionality to force me into a subscription so I can no longer send or adapt reports without subscribing. Dont want to subscribe as they will probably change the rules or increase the pricing. Not a reputable company. Really disappointing.

Will now have to find another solution for keyword analysis and rank tracking

Like others I am shocked to discover my Lifetime plan was for the lifetime of an open Bannana and not MY lifetime. I get that situation could change but you used the money we paid you to grow the business then shut us down!.

I am also disappointed in AppSumo. I guess I am not going to trust this site any more. I know you cannot force them to do anything but maybe you need to get our money back. Hopefully (for you - too late for me) you will not allow others to sell Lifetime Licences that are for 5 mins.

I encountered "Upgrade your plan to access this feature" blocking core functionality.

Today, I went to use Rankspro. Like others stated, Appsumo customers are no longer able to use our purchases. I understand that this happens. Normally, it happens and the door shuts. This time, the door is still open. They continue to take new money from month-to-month clients. I refuse to pay more money to a company that just burned me. Full me once, shame on you, full me twice, shame on me.

I can see going out of business. It happens, I have lost out on many products on Appsumo, this one is different. With this company my choice is to pay more or lose all tool access. Nothing works, I understand how expensive AI can get. But nothing, nothing works on my highest tier purchase, not even the simplest and cheapest of task. Pay or go away are my only options. I will go away, but not without leaving a review to possibly help others as I exit.

I received an email that explained RanksPro difficulties, It said "Rank Tracking for AppSumo LTD accounts is temporarily paused.
All other features - Keyword Research, Backlink Analysis, Domain Overview, AI tools, and more - remain fully active."

If Ranktracking was the only thing paused, I could see it and totally understand. But nothing is working. Nothing, I hope at least they used my money to buy something useful.

I looked up the owners name on Appsumo sales page. The owner is listed as A_RanksPro? Who is that? Appsumo at least owes us a name. I went to a prior email, it was signed: Alekh V. - Founder. I never want to support this individal again.

Companies should support early buyers until the end. Not use us as a stepping ground to pay the bills and then discard us completely while asking us to pay more money to get access to the product we already paid for. Alekh V, I will never support your future endeavors again.

Your goal should be to do everything possible to keep current customers happy. Client acquisition is 5-7 times more expensive than retention. Now you have me and a boat load of purchasers under my review who will never say anything positive about your product. I really was excited to use RanksPro. The way you handled this is unacceptable. Why not have a BYOK option or limits or... something besides, telling us to get back in line and repurchase. MAJOR FAIL!!!
