In a nutshell, ReachOut.Ai is a fantastic product. It takes email marketing to a whole new level.

I purchased it to make "cold calls" and to maintain continuing personalized communication with clients and prospects. ReachOut.Ai accomplishes all of this quite well, and there are so many more templates and features that I have yet to explore. I'm also looking forward to the ReachOut.Ai CRM suite, which is under development.

What I like on ReachOut.AI is the virtual sales team and word to voice over (VO) feature. It is like having a virtual sales team at your disposal, and with the appropriate selection, you can also find pre-set voices that sound quite authentic and not robotic. The ability to build your own avatar and voice print (add-On function) is also fantastic.

You have full control of your virtual sales team and can customize the background and customer interaction. The only suggestion I have for the ReachOut.AI development team is to add a feature to lower the background music which can be a bit overpowering, but I guess that can easily be fixed.

When I first started using ReachOut.AI, I had several queries about the workflow and user interface. John, the CEO, responded quickly to my questions and even created an instructional video for me. This degree of responsiveness and customer service simply blew me away and convinced me that ReachOut.AI is an excellent partner with whom to collaborate.

According to my experience, the first thing you need do is watch all of the instructional videos! The software is intuitive, but there is a learning curve owing to the extensive feature set, and the UI is still being refined based on user feedback to make it "fool proof" (e.g. for people like me).   :—)

Anyone with email marketing experience should reach out to ReachOut.Ai. It will greatly enhance your emarketing toolset and produce fantastic outcomes.

Email marketing newbies (like me) should expect a learning curve and MUST watch all of the educational videos to avoid confusion.
