Very satisfied with the service feature!

I do send a bunch of emails and at the same time receive them from others. But they are all in same formats such as text-based emails. What I really like about Reachout AI is that it engages the reader more than the traditional method, thus leading to higher conversion.

I can even use the product with some sense of humor like "Your time is precious. You may watch a video from my AI assistant instead of reading long-written texts. He will deliver my message on behalf of me.".

But I think many features are still focused around English. I hope to see some more improvements for other languages as well such as Chinese, Korean and etc, which I think the team will do certainly. Plus, more various gestures or motions for avatars are needed as they are currently moving in a bit repetitive way.

Despite the above weak points, there are lots of reasons to use the product.
I can't wait for more future features !
