In the last few days, I’ve tried to use my lifetime deal Tier 3, and the video, audio, and image creation tools have been removed, and now there’s no way to utilize my 3000 credits. Changes were made to the initial deal, and you are not honoring what we acquired. It seemed like a promising tool, but now there’s no way to use it... You are forcing us to exchange regular credits for gold credits, which are more expensive, and it’s not enough to make decent use of the tool. Please respond about how you are going to address what you initially committed to. Thanks.
