I Regret my Tier 4 Purchase
There are numerous basic bugs that remain unfixed, leading to frequent project failures. When this happens, I need to contact support and wait for them to restart the project, which can take a day during weekdays and even longer on weekends, completely disrupting my workflow.
The proprietary models that I can use with my 7000 credits get scrambled faces that looks like a bowl of pasta in most of my videos once I get to the final step, the animation. So I lost countless hours trying to create a good images for my videos, just to have everything is destroyed by the scrambled faces during the automated animation. I purchased this back in November, and these bugs have been there since I first joined.
The team seems more focused on adding third-party API models that require expensive gold credits to squeeze more money out of us Sumo-lings, rather than fixing the issues with the APIs I already paid $700 to use. This is very disappointing, and I wish I was still within my refund period. I had hoped these issues would be resolved and that the situation would improve, but it appears the team's priorities lie with third-party features, which make the service practically useless to me.
