Q: features and hosted
Hello,
Could you explain these features to me in the context of workflow creation?
r0.ar premium short domain
Advanced analytics
Password protection
Expiration date
Where are workflows hosted on a cloud server?
Thank you for your feedback.
Kind regards
release0
Nov 14, 2025A: Hi Laurianne,
Happy to clarify, here’s what each feature means inside the context of building and deploying workflows with Release0:
r0.ar Premium Short Domain
This is an optional short link (r0.ar/workspace/) that you can assign to any published agent.
It’s simply a cleaner, more professional URL you can share with users.
It does not affect how your workflow is built, only how you share the final agent.
Advanced Analytics
This provides enhanced usage insights for your workflows, such as:
• conversation counts
• user behavior
• drop-off steps
• execution paths
• Detailed session data such as OS, country, machine, browser, etc
It helps you optimize your workflow by showing what users do inside your agent.
Password Protection
You can protect an agent with a password so only authorized people can access it.
Useful for:
• internal company workflows
• client-only tools
• training agents
• private prototypes
The password gate appears before the workflow starts.
Expiration Date
This lets you set a date after which the agent becomes inaccessible.
Perfect for:
• limited-time projects
• event or course access
• temporary workflows for beta testing
When the date passes, the agent will display a specific message
Where are workflows hosted?
All Release0 workflows are hosted on our cloud infrastructure (secure, managed servers).
Nothing needs to be installed — everything runs directly in the cloud:
• your blocks
• your logic
• integrations
• analytics
You simply build your workflow in the editor and publish it.
OK, thank you very much for clarifying that. This explains why the two codes would be sufficient for my two workflows, LinkedIn and content, but it might be useful to have advanced analytics and password protection for clients and tags, users in addition with one more code ?
thanks !
