Q: Overages
If one exceeds the message per month limit that is on the tier they purchased, can there be an automatic process that charges for overages? How much cost for overages? Can it revert back to the AppSumo tier plan for the following month in case that next month does not get overages?

At the moment, there’s no automatic overage charging system in place — meaning if you exceed your message (submission) limits, your agents will simply pause processing new requests until your next monthly reset.
Here’s how it works:
• Monthly Reset: All submission quotas automatically refresh every 30 days according to your tier.
• No Overage Billing: We don’t automatically charge for extra usage. You can, however, add another AppSumo code or upgrade your plan if you expect heavier traffic.
We’ve kept it simple to avoid unexpected costs while giving you flexibility to scale when needed.
We are implementing in the future the capability to purchase additional one shoot submissions packs
