Q: Quick Questions Before Purchasing Agent Codes
Hi there,
I'm about to purchase 5 codes and just had a couple of quick questions before I do:
1)If I help a client upload documents so the Agent can be trained on them, is it possible for the Agent to answer a question and provide a link to the relevant file or SOP, so the user can view the original source?
2) If the client wants to add or update documents later on, can they do this themselves—so the Agent remains up-to-date without needing my involvement every time?
Thanks in advance

Nov 11, 2025A: Hi @rmuller,
Both of those workflows are possible with Release0.
1- Referencing the Original File or SOP
When your client uploads documents to train their agent (using RAG), the upload process actually happens through the LLM provider (e.g., OpenAI). Release0 acts as the interface that connects to your chosen model via BYOK (Bring Your Own Key).
This means the model can respond directly from those documents, and you can also include a variable in the response to display the document link or source reference to the user, so employees or clients can open the original file right from the chatbot.
2- Updating Documents Later
Yes, clients can update or add new documents at any time through their own connected OpenAI account. Because Release0 connects directly to the model through their API key, the new content becomes accessible for retrieval automatically, without requiring you to manage it manually.
If you’d like to see how this setup works, here’s a step-by-step guide to building a document-trained (RAG) agent:

This setup keeps you hands-off while letting clients maintain and grow their own knowledge bases independently.
Thanks, one more questions. the 5 codes plan include unlimited workspaces, correct? So I could create an agent in a workspace, and give the client access to that workspace to manage their own agent as well? If that is correct - is that workspace completely isolated, meaning the client can not see any of my other workspaces or clients?
Yes — the 5-code plan (Tier 5) includes unlimited workspaces, so you can absolutely create separate workspaces for each client.
Just note that each workspace must have its own plan assigned, meaning you’ll need to apply the corresponding AppSumo codes (or plan) to each workspace depending on the client’s needs. This setup ensures each client has their own independent quotas, limits, and branding
