Hi, the submission limits for example in Tier 1 which says 1500 per month, is that per agent or for the whole account?
50 Agents means 50 Chatbots?
If we bring in our own OpenAI Key, will the submission limit still be applicable?

• The submission limit (for example, 1,500 per month in Tier 1) applies per workspace, not per agent. So all your agents inside that workspace share the same total monthly submission limit.
• Yes, 50 agents means up to 50 separate chatbots/agents that you can create and deploy.
• If you use your own OpenAI API key (BYOK), then the submission limit still applies, but only for Release0’s internal usage tracking (like analytics, triggers, and block executions). Your OpenAI usage costs would then be billed directly to your OpenAI account, not through Release0.
This hybrid approach gives you flexibility you can scale your agents freely while maintaining predictable usage and cost management.
