Q: Not able to stack codes

Hi, I purchased a code first to check out the product. I liked it and bought 2 more codes. How do I get the stacked version?
When I tried redeeming the code, it cancelled the old subscription and activated the new plan. I want to stack as three codes.
Should I get refund for all three and purchase again?

A: When you apply new code, it will cancel your old tier and based on the number of codes redeemed, you will be enrolled to the new tier.

So, you do not need to refund and purcahse again. As you mention you still have one code reaming to redeem, please go ahead and redeem it and you will be enrolled to Tier 3 which is 3 code stacking plan.

Q: no option for hindi

I tested on the English video, and it worked great, but failed with the Hindi version. Am I missing anything?

Please note that it only transcibes the video and not translate. So, if you will uplaod video which has voice or speaking language english and if you choose Hindi as language, it will not...

Q: Could Not Register a New Account

When I tried to register a new account. I got the following error:

"Request to AWS SES API failed. Reason: Error executing "SendRawEmail" on "https://email.nyc3.amazonaws.com"; AWS HTTP error: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: email.nyc3.amazonaws.com (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://email.nyc3.amazonaws.com."

Q: Exported videos have poor quality

Hello. Today I exported 2 videos, and both of them had issues. The first one kept repeating the same frame, and the second video had background noise. I checked the original videos, and none of them had these issues. Please advise.

Q: Editing questions

In some of the reviews here on AppSumo, customers have commented that rendered videos cannot be edited.

What 'exactly' does this mean? Can users not change b-rolls?

A: Hey There,

We have re-editing video feature already launched. Please note that when you re-edit and re-render video it will use your 1 video credit.

Reason for the 1 video credit is it takes same amount of resources to render the video again.

So, in summary, you can re-edit and re-render video with 1 video credit used.
