Q: Exported videos have poor quality

Hello. Today I exported 2 videos, and both of them had issues. The first one kept repeating the same frame, and the second video had background noise. I checked the original videos, and none of them had these issues. Please advise.

Because to check the isse we need to have your video edit page url so that we can check specific issue. As we do not have such issue reported by any of our other users.
