A: Thanks for the query. If you submit the same email multiple times, the system will go through the verification process multiple times using all the resources needed. Also, the status of many emails can change in a short time. So, regular verification is always recommended. So, is an email uploaded twice or multiple times, you will be charged everytime. Q: Does this check if the emails/ip are blacklisted or tagged as spam

Looks like my email list has some spam emails/blacklisted ip addresses. example: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a40.122.169.71&run=toolpage

Can this tool help weed out the bad ones or just if the email is real or not?

A: Thanks for the query. The goal of our service is to check if an email address is good or not. However the IP blacklists are mainly managed for the sending emails, ehich is a different task. Unfortunately we do not offer that service.

Q: Incorrect Credits Applied

Hi, I just purchased level 1 and I did not get the proper credits applied.

I only have 20 credits and it is suppossed to be 500 daily and 100K lifetime credits.

Can someone help me or should I refund it
