A: Thanks for the query. Yes, we have API available (not webhook). You can use our API to verify the emails anytime you want.

Hello dear founder! To use Reoon for our EU users we need two documents under GDPR: 1. A Data Processing Agreement under Article 28 (an online addendum we accept electronically is fine; it doesn't need to be signed on paper). 2. Standard Contractual Clauses (EU Commission 2021, Module 2) covering any processing on servers outside the EU/EEA. Could you also confirm which legal entity we contract with, which countries your validation servers run in, and whether real-time API checks (not just bulk tasks) are also deleted after 15 days? I have seen multiple answers before from you talking about how it's hosted by "a german company" and that you will have DPA in the future but unfortunately that's not enough. And, honestly, complying with these GDPR requirements should take you just a few hours and a Claude Code session... Thanks!
when are you planning to release a feature for "catch-all" verifier?
Hi, I have purchased 2 codes earlier. I m planning to purchase 1 more code. how does the Bonus lifetime credits work? regards Julius
1) THREAD LIMIT. The docs say "You should not verify continuously in more than 5 threads using this endpoint." Is that limit counted per API key, per account, or per source IP? And what happens if it's exceeded — do you return an error, queue the request, or block the key? 2) CREDITS ON "UNKNOWN". Does a verification that returns "unknown" consume a credit? What about requests that time out or fail to connect? 3) POWER MODE TIMEOUT. Do you apply a timeout on your side in power mode? The docs say it can take "more than a minute" — is there a maximum after which you return "unknown"? Thanks.
