Q: Incorrect Credits Applied

Hi, I just purchased level 1 and I did not get the proper credits applied.

I only have 20 credits and it is suppossed to be 500 daily and 100K lifetime credits.

Can someone help me or should I refund it

A: Thanks for contacting us and telling us the details. It seems like you haven't activated the code(s) you purchased from AppSumo on our platform. In order to do that, please collect your purchased code from AppSumo's products section first. Then go to the "Buy Credits" section on our dashboard from the left sidebar and click the button "Add Credits With Code" on the top-right corner of that page. Then you can activate your code there.

Alternatively, you can send us the AppSumo code you purchased and we can activate it on your behalf. Have a wonderful day.
