Q: Upgrade

I purchased Tier 1 and would like to upgrade to another Tier. Please can you guide me how I can do this OR instead do I need to request for a refund and then re-purchase the new tier?

Feb 5, 2025A: Thanks for the query. Just get another tier-1 and activate that code in your current account. Internally the both codes will merge and your account will become a tier-2 account.
