A: With ManyChat your client has been forced to provide his or her private contact details. And it allows you to make a broadcast to their Facebook. It also means, that your customer has to have a Facebook account to be able to chat with you.

In our case, your customers don't have to have anything to chat.

With Re:plain for this moment, you can gather a variety of contact details or don't gather anything depending on your settings. It means, that from us, you can get only your clients' details and then you can proceed it with any other service to make a broadcast.
