Q: Hi, if I install Re:plain on the website of one of my customers, I understand its operators will see that ...

Sure.
Nicolas wanted to set Replain for his customers or a business owner. He might help them to set up Replain, add operators, customize a schedule and place the code on their website.
Replain — it's a live-chat service. That allows you to chat with your website visitors.
It means, that Nicolas' clients have a website, and this website has visitors, who'd like to chat with those clients.
So. The clients/his operators/agents will see our branding. But their website visitors will not see it.

That's not really white labeling. Even after using our branding it wont stay discreet to clients and our service provider (you) will get revealed.
This solution isn't white label, it's (partly) branding removal, they are 2 different things.
The white label would be = No Replain branding anywhere:
1. Chat widget (works)
2. Messenger (RP branding locked - not working for clients)
3. Custom domain (RP branding locked - not working)
4. Any future dashboards / features etc (should be no RP branding)
Do you have plans to make it truly white-label?
