——Don't transfer chat to your client. Add his representatives as an operator and remove yourself from the operators (not to be bothered by their chats) When they will stop you just remove them from the operators.

3) About “white label”, no Re:Plain info/logo will ever appear for my clients? Can we change the chat design/icon?
——All your clients will see the logo. You can change the logo on the website only. You can also change the default button on the website. In the messengers Replain will remain.
