I was testing using the "Free Plan". So far, amazing product.
My issue (maybe it is because of the free plan?) is that, when using automations, the custom messages are sent "automatically," but if I set something such as "First AI reply" it is never sent automatically, I have to look at "comments" to manually send them. They are never sent without manual intervention, is that because of the free plan, or am I doing something wrong?
