My experience with Replient (T3). Overall, I found it to deliver a well-designed user experience and to be a solid entry point for managing my social media.

I liked the way the platform allows me to set up conditions, adjust language and tone, and manage branding—these features have a high learning curve, and a lot of work to align this to be used as a refined tool.

From what I experienced within the T3 package, it is limited with practical options needing you to shell out more cash. Credits here are consumed per interaction, so multiple exchanges with the same user can use credits more quickly. Workarounds are possible but not without investing a lot of time to refine the automations.

Focusing on the included T3 features, I found the user interface clean and appreciated the ability to create automations and conditions.

I welcome a T4 (or even T5) be introduced within AppSumo with the guarantee. Side deals is not kosher, and its a tough pill to swallow

In summary, I see Replient (T3) as a polished app with useful for very entry-level social management features that a semi active social platform will outgrow quickly. With the level of time invested it will be difficult to drop this app later.

My feedback is revise the credit consumption to be per person we are interacting with, not per interaction.

With the current inclusions, I fear I may run out credits within 6 months, and all the effort spent setting Replient up will force me to pay more just so that I can benefit from my initial investment. There is a good chance I will not keep this within 60 day refund window. Will wait and see.

I must commend the team behind this app, because the functions are really useful and the tone and content of the answer suggestions are surprisingly in tune with the brand!

This seemed to be the alternative to Manychat I was wainting for, until it stopped working completely on the second day.

It turns out that it works more as a "sentiment and tagging comments tool", than a replying and comments managin tool, as replient.ai consumes the credits for every incoming message, as it does "AI tagging and sentiment analisys".

It also generates 3 alternatives to answer (which could be just "HIDE" or "Like"), and every alternative suggested takes one credit.

Once the credit limit is reached it forces you to log out the app! So all the credits go wasted and you can´t even read nor use the comments and suggestions you paid for.

The way to save credits is supposedly via an AUTOMATION, excluding messages when meeting a condition and moving them to the DONE tray. So I configured one with all sentiments and tags available to be moved to DONE. And despite that it is working, still every incoming message is consuming one credit. As I may recieve hundreds of messages daily, I may not be able to have any meaninful use for this app, so I´m seriously thinking about asking for a refund.

The official answer was: "Su configuración de automatización no es del todo correcta.

So sorry, because the developers could easily device a way to save credits and use them only when they are needed. So the app seems designed to exclude serious users that don´t have deep pockets, barring deliberatly any way to rationalize its use.

I think there's nothing better than a product where you have the founders who take out time to create videos, walkthroughs, and understand what it's like to be brand new in a new space. It's been a long time I've been looking for a product like this.

I've tested many others before, and I can say that even though I've only just arrived, and about to start creating my first automations, I'm already thinking of getting the maximum plan that they have on their website. I can't wait to start this journey with Replient and from what I've experienced so far, I have nothing but confidence for the way forward.

I just started using this, but already loving it. I love being able to track and respond to my comments in one place. As I grow on social, honestly this (and DM's) in one place is such a game-changer. I actually look forward to comments and replying now!

Founder seems great and it seems that Replient is still growing and getting better! It's a part of my 'social media workflow' now and I feel lucky to have this as a piece of it!

My only wish is that it was legit a one-stop-shop for comments, DMs, and Whatsapp - I have another tool for the latter two, but that's my dream one day :). For now, I'm happy with Replient and will be using it daily...

We purchased the Replient.AI deal Tier 2 and were considering purchasing more as we manage 4 brands currently.

What we liked: The program does a great job pulling in the comments from your pages and even categorizes them. While we didn't need AI responses it was easy to scan and see what were the most urgent answers. The AI Answers themselves were fairly generic and would not have worked for our audience but we also couldn't get our website source to connect.

The automations work well. We set up an automation that messages readers a link based on a key word. It was easy to set-up. This was our main feature that we purchased for as we were looking for a solution to replace ManyChat.

What we don't like: The comment cap for our plan is 700 comments (Note: This is for two active brands). I assumed that the cap would be comments we were replying to but it actually is every comment that comes in. There is no option to not use your comment cap for new comments. If you have an active account it adds up quickly. We are already a third of our comment limit in just a couple of days.

According to support, we will not be able to use the program at the point in the month that we reach our cap. There is a solution to upgrade but it's 890 eros. That's not an amount we are comfortable paying for a new software without proven value and it's outside of the Appsumo deal and refund guarantee.

We will have to refund our purchase since we can't even use the features we care about once our comments reach the cap.

If your account gets lots of comments, this is not the program for you unless you are willing to invest over $1000. If you have a smaller account, then it could be a great fit.
