Produto abandonado após vencer o prazo de receber o dinheiro de volta no AppSumo, isso realmente me faz pensar se compensa comprar aplicações por aqui. Não há nenhum tipo de segurança quanto a isso. O Proprietário deveria pelo menos liberar a aplicação para open source.

There was a lot of hype initially, but soon after all the payments from AppSumo and the refund period ended, there were crickets both in the support chat and in the product development. The servers are technically online, but they are not really usable, and that's just an alpha version of a product available with no future whatsover.

Tried re:tune and initially, it seemed like a promising roadmap, especially considering the attractive price point and the added benefit of unlimited chat. However, its almost a year now, nothing had changed and they deleted all their road maps, kicking anyone who questions about the development on Retune.
I'll echo the other sentiments here. Feels like the entire app went belly up around the time my refund passed. I've tried to contact their customer service multiple times and haven't had ONE single response back. Barely functions at this point. The AI is not referencing any materials we upload, and we we try to train it it still hallucinates answers. Took us 15 seconds to upload data to a bot in ChatGPT and it was a night and day difference. Not sure how this company can mess it up this bad, but after seeing all the 1 star reviews, it makes complete sense. Yet another cash and dash.
