I spent 2 days trying to figure out how to get started. I am a beginner coder, not seasoned pro. I followed all the onboarding tutorials, one frustration after another. I don't expect ppl to hand hold me, but I do expect that the onboarding material is easy to follow without errors/omissions and is updated. Now I can't even figure out how to delete my account. I hope you take my feedback into consideration, as you are losing a segment of this customer popn. Maybe once I am further along in my journey I will look at this again.

You don't need to be a seasoned pro to use Robomotion. We try to make things simpler with every update. Check out our latest Robomotion Forms update. The v1 version was very difficult to use since you had to write a JSON to create forms. With v2, we now have a full Visual Form Editor and an AI Form Generator that can create a form with a single prompt.
We released it yesterday.

Don’t get discouraged by the learning curve. Many users in our community have no coding background, including people from marketing and HR. Once you get past the initial threshold, you’ll find that you are mostly doing the same things repeatedly.
We are also working on our AI Flow Generator, which will let you build flows iteratively through conversation, similar to our AI Form Generator. Instead of a single prompt, you will be able to talk with the AI to develop your automation step by step.
