I noticed that the email address cannot be changed.

1. Why is this the case?
2. What can users do in case of a re-brand, for example?

As per AppSumo’s guidelines, we don’t allow users to directly change their email addresses for accounts associated with lifetime deals. However, if you need to update your email address (e.g., in the case of a re-brand), you can submit a request through our ticket system.
