Q: I’m a one person show but plan on opening a agency.
I max stacked 10 for reseller rights with the thought that I could sell to clients up to 200 machines minus how many machines my agency will have. Ex If I had 10 internally then I have the ability to sell to clients 190 machine use? Am I understanding this correct?
3. So would I be getting the full use of the max tier I bought it or is something else I’m not considering as a revenue generator?
4. And then I would be creating the processes then have a certain performability selling it to clients and or selling the bots with then creating their use case? And/or with my tutelage/assistance?
Making sure I’m getting all the revenue generation possibilities as you speak unlimited executable bots as well. Machines vs executable bots with top tier license.
Thanks
RTILA
May 15, 2024A: Dear TONE68
First of all thank you for your trust in RTILA and for your clairvoyance on the great ROI potential from RTILA use
I max stacked 10 for reseller rights with the thought that I could sell to clients up to 200 machines minus how many machines my agency will have. Ex If I had 10 internally then I have the ability to sell to clients 190 machine use? Am I understanding this correct?

Machine count and Standalone Bots generation are 2 different "counts":
A) Machines means "Device activation" using your RTILA Studio license. Say yourself you have 3 computers (Desktop, Laptop and a Remote Desktop VPS) you can install and activate RTILA Studio (using your main license key or a Team-URL key) and that will deduct 3 Machines from your total Machine count. You can also generate/manage other activation keys and share them with your team/developers/learners. You can become an official RTILA Partner and use your Machine count to provide your learners/clients with an RTILA Studio sub-license with the objective that they would at one point upgrade to their own paid RTILA license and you get a lifetime commission, see here: https://rtila.com/partnerships/
So this one way how you can monetize your Machines count.
B) The Standalones Bot compilation. Here the compilation of Standalones in terms of numbers is unlimited for all paid licenses, you can generate/compile as many bots as you wish. But when you do not have a "Reseller License" then those compiled bots are legally and technically locked to only work on the computer where they were generated. Now if you have a Reseller Right license the Standalone bots will be "unlocked" and can be used on any computer even if RTILA Studio is not installed on that computer so you can both technically and legally compile and sell/distribute your Standalone Bots to the market under your own terms and branding. The end-user of your Standalone Bots can be provided with our generic Bot launcher so ease their use of your bots, see here the current version of the Bot Launcher software: https://github.com/IKAJIAN/rtila-bot-launcher
So here you can monetized unlimited Standalone bots and you could use Freemium/Ads or one time payment or subscription payment to protect/license your own Standalone bots.
3. So would I be getting the full use of the max tier I bought it or is something else I’m not considering as a revenue generator?
>>> Starting from Plan 4 (purchase of 4 codes) you get Reseller Rights and 50 Machines/Device activations. On AppSumo Exclusive deal you can buy up to Plan 6 (aka 6 codes) to push Machine count to 200. And then from our website we have temporarily brought back an upgrade option to Unlimited Machines if you are interested in that option. Having the Unlimited Machines license completely opens up the opportunity to "onboarding" as many users/learners as you want in one go, otherwise you would have to cancel learners/users licenses of the current/finishing batch before onboarding the next batch of learners/clients.
We also offer additional Revenue generation opportunities for our Reseller License/Partners:
You can sell premium templates and charge for them (one time payment or subscription based) and you can list them on our marketplace and or promote them on your own channels
You can develop and soon sell eLearning courses on how to develop/maintain your premium templates or any other automation related knowledge that would use RTILA
You can develop and sell your own "Custom Commands", meaning you can develop new functionalities (JS/NodeJS) and sell them as addons for RTILA Studio users
You can sell automation advisory services and or custom automation development services on a per project or per hour basis
Our philosophy is to equip our users and partners with as many options as possible for you guys to generate income
4. And then I would be creating the processes then have a certain performability selling it to clients and or selling the bots with then creating their use case? And/or with my tutelage/assistance?
>>> Yes indeed. You can package and deliver/sell your automation flows various ways:
1) As a Dataset: Clients can pay to access a daily refreshed scrapped DataSet for example to get B2B leads for a specific industry (like your own little Apollo.io)
2) As a Standalone Software: As said earlier you can monetize your software using ads or one time payments or subscription payments (and users get your upgrades etc..)
3) Empower a SaaS: RTILA automations can feed data to a SaaS/WebApp using our Bridge API or MySQL/MariaDB commands. RTILA Bots can also be triggered from a website/SaaS using our Zapier/API/Cloud
4) As a course: Many clients once they have used/accessed a DataSet or Standalone are interested to learn how to build/edit/maintain such automation flow
5) As a service: You offer advisory or automation developments services to enterprises µ
And we are constantly studying how we can create more revenue opportunities for our community
Making sure I’m getting all the revenue generation possibilities as you speak unlimited executable bots as well. Machines vs executable bots with top tier license.
>>> To access the Ultimate offer you would need to stack-up 6 AppSumo codes and then from your custom dashboard on our website upgrade to the Unlimited deal, see how to upgrade a license here: https://rtila.com/docs/upgrade-a-license/
