Lots of Bugs and Clunky Interface. Huge learning curve
I would not recommend this product. Had for a few weeks, my devs had a hard time with it. I could not get a refund of it. Was totally disappointed. I do lots of automations. This is not the way to go.
Update:12/10/24 since pisting this review I have been harassed non stop by the founder. He has even called one of business lines that I did not disclose. I have all the emails documented and I will be adding a website link to see them as well as the call recording. He is clearly out of control. Do not do business with this company, the owner is clearly unhinged. Who knows what they will do with your information, who knows what information they are recording from your computer from their automations. I have been using app summo a long time. I’m not sure even app summo is part of this harassment at this point. I’m trying to get ahold of app summo to discuss this with them. If you know the founder of this company please get me his company name n location so I can report him. If you have done business with them I would be concerned. They have been masking their bad reviews. Since I would no capitulate to their demands and harassment I’m in fear of my own business n profile at this point. The founder Mohammed is clearly out of control and will do anything to remove my review. App summo help me!
update12/10/24: 2:20 Do not let RTila repsonse act like they did nothing wrong here. this guy is fake and misleading. he's trying to redirect to the issue like he doesnt know what's going on. there is over 20 emails back and forth discussing this issue form2 years ago. this owner is relentless and trying to paint the picture he did nothing wrong in his emails and calling me on a seperate business line i did not provide him. APP SUMMO TAKE CARE OF THIS. Or i will be filing legal action tomorrow against him and app summo

Cease and Desist Notice Regarding Harassment, Libel, and Misleading Actions
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter serves as a formal demand to immediately cease and desist all harassing, defamatory, and misleading actions against me, [Your Name/Username: bprehoda, as well as any further attempts to engage in libel or inappropriate behavior that has caused me reputational harm and emotional distress.
Your actions have been documented and include the following:
Defamatory Public Statements: In your response to my review on [platform name, e.g., AppSumo], you made false and defamatory statements attempting to discredit my personal integrity and intentions, implying that my review was not a “first-hand experience” and portraying me as unreasonable or dishonest. These statements are not only false but have also been made publicly, harming my reputation.
Unauthorized and Harassing Communications: You or individuals acting on behalf of RTILA contacted a business line that I never disclosed, which constitutes harassment and raises serious concerns about how you obtained this information.
Threats and Intimidation: Your communication strategy, including repeated attempts to rebut my honest and fair review through public posts and private communications, has escalated to a level that I perceive as intimidation.
Baseless Accusations: Your claims about my supposed failure to engage with your support team or use your product adequately are false and intended to shift blame away from legitimate concerns I raised in my review.
Your actions are in violation of several legal principles, including but not limited to:
Defamation (Libel): Your public statements are false, harmful to my reputation, and have caused undue personal and professional harm.
Harassment: Repeated, unwanted communications constitute harassment, and contacting undisclosed business lines violates my privacy.
Misrepresentation: Your public responses to my review deliberately mischaracterize the issues raised and aim to undermine the credibility of my review.
I hereby demand that you:
Cease All Harassment: Immediately stop all forms of direct or indirect communication with me, including calls, emails, or any other means of contact.
Retract Defamatory Statements: Publicly retract your defamatory statements and provide a written apology acknowledging the false and misleading nature of your responses.
Cease Misleading Representations: Refrain from any further attempts to mischaracterize my concerns or my review in public or private forums.
Failure to comply with this cease-and-desist notice within seven (7) days of receipt will result in my pursuit of legal remedies. We understand there is a learning curve and or a different approach to building automation and that can feel confusing but your remarks are probably too early conclusions and do not seem to be a first hand experience from your good self.
Allow us to ask few questions please to better understand your issues and be able to assist you:
1) Which version have you been using ? Cause V6.1 is now old and will not work on many websites. V7.1 is in pre-release so its not the official stable version but it comes with great new features made available for Beta Testers. V7 is the stable version see our GitHub here:

2) During the few weeks of use have you reached out to our support team? Cause we assist with the first automation and we provide good support. I do not see any inquiry from your nickname but if you can submit a support ticket we can sort it out for you quickly.
3) My devs had a hard time with it. >>> Could you please be more specific ? The most difficult part for users is to find CSS locators but this is the least difficult for Developers...
4) I could not get a refund of it. >>> Where and how did you request a refund ? AppSumo refunds are automatic from your AppSumo Account in self-service mode. If you purchased directly on our website then reach out to us from our website, but again we did not see any refund request coming.
5) Was totally disappointed. >>> Please reach out to us directly and we can sort this out and onboard your Devs or yourself so you can better understand the first steps. Part of the value of this deal is that we actively support you with your first steps but you have not leveraged this benefit yet.
6) I do lots of automations >>> That's great and you can do even more with RTILA if you give us a chance to assist you, but so far you have not given us the opportunity to get you going with RTILA. So just reach out to us and we can do a visio-call and after few minutes we will have sorted out most of your issues, and if there are bugs we can solve with with the next release.
7) RTILA is a Power Tool and as such it comes with some differences compared to other automation tools your devs may be used to, but being different does not necessarily mean its bad does it ?
