Not working... Doesn't seem to deliver same end product as demos and images.
Redeemed Codes, system is not unlocking past free account allocations. I created a checklist to onboard but can't create any others. Locked into AI steps and basic description. Not robust with CTA, buttons, or anything in the checklist items beyond description (website/images all show a very robost system for this checklist, not seeing any of those controls) I reached out via email, and chat bot, but was finally message back with where to see my plan - while it lists appsumo ltd my limitations are that of tier 1.
Potentially Great Tool, But My Experience Fell Short
The software seems like it has a lot of potential to help with onboarding workflows, which is exactly why I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, I was never able to access it. During registration, I consistently received an error message that simply said "U N D E F I N E D," and I wasn’t able to move past that point.
I reached out for help through the website chat, support email, and even through the AppSumo support team. It’s now been five days with no response from the vendor. The last public comment from them I could find was on April 22nd, I replied to that post asking if they could please check their inbox, but still no reply.
At this point, I’ve requested a refund. Customer support is key, especially for onboarding-focused software, and unfortunately, the lack of communication made the product unusable for me.
These were my personal experiences, and others may have a different experience depending on when they purchase or onboard. I genuinely hope the team resolves these issues, because the tool itself looks like it could be very valuable if properly supported.
