It's important to use username of WP admin, not the name of app password, but still after successful connecting I'm getting "Status: Error"

I have now been waiting one month and two days to get an answer from support. I must assume that WordPress does not work. I have moved hosting and there are no server logs. Not on the old hoster, nor on this new hoster. So, it sees that Satellitor cannot log in to WordPress.

I'm unable to send articles to WP The publish page is showing "Status: Error". When I input my details again at the bottom of the page I see "The form is valid, all the posts should be sent to your Wordpress website in few minutes. Thank you for your trust. :)" as well as the original "Status: Error" message. I've not got any security plugins (as it's a test site to test out Satellitor) and the connection originally worked but after about 20 articles, it stopped working. Curious if I'm the only one to see this and if you have any idea what's causing this issue.
