Q: ICP customization, tone of voice and Brazilian Portuguese support
Hi! I’m very interested in ScaliQ, but before buying the AppSumo deal I need to clarify three points:
How far can I customize the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) so that the agent finds only the type of leads I want (niche, company size, role, buying signals, etc.)? Can I refine this over time based on which leads I accept or reject?
Can I train the agent’s tone of voice with my own texts and message examples so outreach really sounds like me and not generic AI, and set clear rules (formality level, topics to avoid, type of CTA)?
For languages, I saw you support multi‑language and auto‑detection. Do you already have users running campaigns 100% in Brazilian Portuguese (PT‑BR)? Any known limitations or best practices for PT‑BR?

May 20, 2026A: Hello ! you have several ways to control the type of leads you add to ScaliQ.
You can use LinkedIn search or Sales Navigator filters and paste the URL into ScaliQ, import your own lead list, or use intent signals such as people engaging with specific posts, groups, or followers. So you can still be quite specific depending on the lead source you choose. A more advanced ICP refinement system is on our roadmap, but it is not our top priority right now. At the moment, our focus is mainly on making the agent, messaging, inbox, and campaign reliability as strong as possible.
For tone of voice, yes. You can add your own examples, rules, formality level, topics to avoid, CTA style, and messaging preferences so the agent sounds closer to you and less generic. For Brazilian Portuguese, yes, the agent can run campaigns in PT-BR. Best practice is to clearly mention Brazilian Portuguese in the agent instructions and add a few examples of the tone you want.
Hope it helps !
when you say the advanced ICP refinement system is not a top priority, do you have a ballpark of when this might be added? e.g 3 months, 6 months, Q1 2027 etc?
Most likely before that, yes. We shipped the new exclusion feature yesterday, and right now we’re also reworking the search system to make it more accurate and reliable. So the product is moving fast, but we still need to take the time to develop each feature properly and make sure it’s reliable before release.
