Thank you for the prompt response....I can see PayPal listed but not for the Dominican Republic.... But I see that this is also due to local currency payments...
Can we use PayPal and charge in USD no matter where we are located????
Also was checking and saw a "Braintree" which we never heard of before...we tried creating an account and it redirected us to PayPal:

Selldone does not restrict your country. The important part is whether the payment gateway supports your country, bank account, and KYC.
For example, you can be in Japan and sell in USD, CAD, or EUR. Just make sure the payment provider supports merchants from your country.
