We are planning to use Selldone mainly for Print-on-Demand products through Printify or Printful.
Can you please confirm:
1. Is POD available from Tier 1?
2. Does Selldone support automatic order forwarding/syncing with Printify or Printful?
3. Will POD orders be treated as normal physical ecommerce orders and not charged under the digital file fee?
4. Are there any extra Selldone fees for POD apart from the normal transaction fee?
5. Is there a step-by-step setup guide for Printify/Printful integration?
Regarding Digital Files, if the digital files are not stored on selldone, what kind of % is charged?

Great choice for POD. Yes, Selldone works very well for Print-on-Demand businesses with both Printify and Printful.
1️⃣ POD is available from Tier 1.
You can sell physical POD products normally.
2️⃣ Yes — we support integration with both Printify and Printful for syncing products and forwarding orders automatically. We are continuously improving these integrations and POD workflows as well.
3️⃣ POD orders are treated as normal physical ecommerce orders, not digital file sales.
So the digital file fee does NOT apply to POD products.
4️⃣ No extra Selldone fee specifically for POD.
Only the normal transaction fee applies depending on your AppSumo tier.

Regarding digital files:
If files are hosted externally, you can sell them as virtual products with the normal 1% transaction fee instead of the digital file fee.
Also, with the new Tier 7 update, we reduced the digital file fee to only 1% as well 🎉
