Selldone Gets It Done
If you are looking for an all-in-one shop then Selldone may be the deal to check out. At first, the dashboard can be a bit overwhelming since it has so many features but once you start digging in it is pretty impressive.
While other platforms have the backend main dashboard on the left, Selldone's dashboard is up top. It contains your products, orders, accounting, logistics, customers, pages, apps, and more. You will have your shops and a complete CRM behind it. Selldone allows you to create discounts, coupons, special offers, and even gift cards for your shoppers. You can also add live chat to your stores with integrations like Crisp and Messenger.
Selldone also has POS terminal which is an added bonus. Just use it on your phone, ipad, and or laptop. This will come in handy when I'm doing pop-up stores.
A big integration that caught my attention is Printful (coming soon). I use Printful to sell my custom merch (they print on shirts and drop-ship). Getting Printful products in my Selldone store will help getting all my products in one place, rather than sending potential customers everywhere. I think Amazon is coming soon?
I also sell digital downloads and was happy to see Selldone can handle this as well. Their file upload limits may not be as high as Gumroad, but much higher than other e-commerce platforms and high enough for most. Storage space is good as well and I believe ranges according to AppSumo tier.
Your customers have all the payment options: Stripe, PayPal, COD, Cash payment, ApplePay, GooglePay, AliPay, and direct bank transfer. Tax system on backend is good for the US but users will need to research state tax laws just like any other e-commerce system. There is a paid 3rd party integration you may use as well.
Stores load quickly, and page structures/colors can be customized. I would love to see more theme options and a CSS panel to customize stores even more.
The founders have been very responsive on social media and support is excellent.
There really are so many features on this one and I can keep going on and on. If you are in need of an online store test out Selldone. Be prepared to put in some work but don't be overwhelmed with the setup and reach out to support if you run into any trouble.
I think this will be a good one.

Feb 4, 2026Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed and well balanced review. We really appreciate how thoroughly you explored Selldone and shared your real world use cases.
You are absolutely right that Selldone can feel overwhelming at first glance, simply because of the depth of features available. Our goal is to provide everything in one place so that once you get familiar with the flow, you can manage products, orders, accounting, logistics, customers, CRM, and more without relying on multiple tools.
We are glad you highlighted the POS functionality as well. Being able to run POS directly on a phone, tablet, or laptop is something many users find especially useful for pop up stores and offline sales.
Regarding integrations, we are happy to confirm that Printful is now available in Selldone, making it easier to manage print on demand products alongside everything else in one store. Amazon integration is also on the way, and we are actively expanding this area.
It is great to hear that digital products, storage limits, and payment options are working well for your needs. We aim to offer flexible limits that cover most real business use cases, especially across AppSumo tiers.
Thank you as well for your feedback about themes and customization. We are continuously adding more templates and improving customization options, including deeper styling controls, to give merchants even more flexibility.
Finally, your kind words about the founders and support team mean a lot to us. Being responsive and helpful is something we take very seriously.
Thank you again for your trust and encouragement. We are excited to keep improving Selldone and supporting your journey.
Regards,
Alireza
