I need help cancelling my Semdash subscription.
I first requested cancellation on June 25th, but never received a reply. Since then, I’ve continued being charged $19/month even though I haven’t used the service.

I contacted support several times by email and through the website form (including again on July 6th) but didn’t receive any response regarding cancellation.
To check if support was active, I intentionally sent a message about upgrading my plan — and they replied immediately.

I have screenshots of all messages.
Can someone advise me on how to cancel properly or what steps I should take?
