After the registering process (very smooth & straightforward) ... my credit balance is simply remaining at "0" (zero) and it should be at 20,000 (Tier 5). So, what am I missing & how does it get fixed? - - - Also, Is it possible to "stack" another Tier 5 on the same account for another 20,000 (for a total of 40,000 in the single account), and if so, what is the process for that?

But how can we know how credits we have left without having to contact support. This is not practical. Imagine I use up my credits and dont realise and then won't I incure a bill to pay?
