You said you have the ability to create custom forms. A client of mine is an astrologer and wants to include date, time and location of birth on the form. Is that do-able?

She would also like to create an automation that sends them an email on their birthday. Is that do-able?

Hello ravi63,

Thank you for your questions!

SendFox does have this amazing feature that allows you to create ANY kind of form and add custom fields, such as birthdate, to it.

When it comes to emailing contacts based on their birthdays, that feature is not available in the current version of SendFox.

However, we've created a designated page for our users to record their feature requests so our team can get to them faster.

You can add your request here.

https://roadmap.sendfox.com/

Before you input your request, please check if the feature is already on the list and, if so, upvote the idea.

The more upvotes an idea gets, the better your chances are of seeing it live soon.

We will continue to add features based on this page in the future.

As a result, we recommend that you subscribe to this page to receive automatic notifications when new features are added to the apps!

To visit the public roadmap of the SendFox, please visit: https://leanbe.ai/SendFox/roadmap

I hope this helps, and if you encounter any technical issues with your account, please reach out to our support team at support@sendfox.com.

Thank you on behalf of the Originals team!

Please, let me know if I can use Sendfox for this application:

I have several courses that I run when there are people interested in them.

So my idea is to have a land page or form for each course, such as:

"Fill out this form if you would like to know about the next round of Course A"

"Fill out this other form if you would like to know about the next round of Course B"

So, the emails from people interested in "Course A" should be in a separate folder from people interested in "Course B". Is that possible using 1 license of SendFox?

Hope you are doing well. I currently do not have an email list but I am looking to build one.

If I buy tier 1 to get in on the deal and i need to upgrade later on to another tier, what will that cost?

Thanks

Is it possible to connect social media accounts to SendFox?

There appears to be no way to satisfy the double opt in requirement. You can't send an email to someone who has not double opted in, so you can't send them the double opt in request; likewise, if you got it some other way (Send Fox help said for me to individually email people who signed up via a form) but there's no way to mark someone has having done it. Even if the individual email process wasn't an extreme amount of overhead (that makes you wonder what the form was even for), there's no way to "mark" someone as having double opted in. There doesn't seem any way to actually grow a list here....

Hey, caltonia.

There seems to be some confusion with this message. The way we use double opt-in at SendFox is in alignment with how *every* quality ESP out there uses it, because it aligns with CAN-SPAM (U.S.) and GDPR (EU) regulations.

To correct some inaccuracies:

1) When a user subscribes through a form, API, or Smart Page and double opt-in is enabled, they are automatically sent a confirmation email. That confirmation email is in your Campaigns view and can be edited. If they didn't receive it, 99% of the time it's because they have a custom domain with custom spam blocking set up that blocks many things.

2) We do not require double opt-in on CSV import, as we assume you already have legal permission to email those contacts.

At this point, we have 100,000+ SendFox users who are using SendFox to grow their lists and send emails.
