Q: How many email accounts I can add from which I can send emails?

A: Hello, thanks for reaching out!
There's no limit. SendFox doesn't use a list of sender accounts: every email and every automation email has its own From email field, so you can type a different address for each one.
To send from your own address, verify its domain under Settings > Sending > Email domains by adding three CNAME records to your DNS. Once a domain is verified, any address on it...
My domain information was added to Godaddy several times. Sendfox "domain settings" state "verify" in green font. The Sendfox instructions state that I should have the word "validated".
Please explain what I am missing and how to get the "From" to show correctly. How do I get my account validated vs verified?
Thanks.

A: Hello, thanks for reaching out! "Verified" and "validated" mean the same thing here. Our help article still uses the older word, but the Email domains page now shows a green "Verified" label, next to a Re-check button, once your domain has passed the check. If that green label is what you're seeing, there's nothing more to do on the domain itself. If you see a "Verify" button instead, the check...
- I can send up to a total of 300,000 email to EACH of the 5000 subscribers in my list?
Or
- Does it mean I can ONLY send 300,000 / 5000 = 60 emails to each of my 5000 subscribers before I hit the LIFETIME limit?
What happens when I reach that limit - which would be quite fast if it's the latter option.

A: Hello, thanks for reaching out! It's the second option: 300,000 is the total number of emails your account can send over its lifetime, across all your subscribers and all your emails combined. With 5,000 subscribers, that's 60 emails to your full list.
Every email sent to one contact counts as one send, whether it's a newsletter or an automation email, so one newsletter to 5,000 subscribers...
When I googled it this is what I got> It corresponds to the second option you noted— a global pool for the account, meaning if you have 5,000 subscribers, all emails sent to them (newsletters, automations, broadcasts combined) count against that total. Once your cumulative total hits 300,000 sent emails across all campaigns and subscribers, you reach the lifetime limit and be bumped to a paid plan
Q: Exactly what does "300,000 Lifetime email sends" mean?
Does 300,000 Lifetime email sends mean: - I can send up to a total of 300,000 email to EACH of the 5000 subscribers in my list? Or - Does it mean I can ONLY send 300,000 / 5000 = 60 emails to each of my 5000 subscribers before I hit the LIFETIME limit? What happens when I try to send the 300,001st email and beyond? Why ONLY 300,000 LIFETIME email sends? I can see no logical reason for a limit like that. What am I missing?

A: Hello, thanks for reaching out, and apologies for the delay in getting back to you here! It's the second option: 300,000 is one total for the whole account, across all your subscribers and all your emails combined. With 5,000 subscribers, that's 60 emails to your full list.
Every email sent to one contact counts as one send, newsletters and automation emails alike, and the pool never resets....
Q: Older LTD accounts are being told to subscribe or lose access???
I have an older LTD that I got years ago, and I've been getting emails and notifications saying I am reaching my lifetime send cap and I need to subscribe or lose my ability to send emails. There was not supposed to be a lifetime send cap on the older LTD from years ago, so why is this being enforced now? Was this a mistake or are people who purchased the old LTD now being forced to subscribe...

A: Hi — I'm sorry you've gone this long without an answer, here and by email. To answer your question directly: it isn't a mistake. It's a deliberate change to how older lifetime deals work, and I understand it's not what you expected when you bought yours.
The 300,000-send pool on the current lifetime deal doesn't apply to older lifetime deals. What has changed is that older lifetime accounts...
AppSumo doesn't care. I've had numerous issues on these LTDs were terms and conditions were changed, platforms sold off (and the buyer just disregarding the LTDs), upgrades to platforms locking out LTDs, and lastly AppSumo itself changing the rules as they move along.
Trust is broken. I've become very careful these days what LTD I'm buying on here. Try to get a lawyer. Easy to do in the US.

Q: Verify or Validate
Hi,

My emails go to my audience as "from: [email protected]".
Please explain what I am missing and how to get the "From" to show correctly. How do I get my account validated vs verified?

Did you get an answer to this question?
Not that I have seen @mark877. I'm still wondering what that means!
Hmmm, I'm baffled that AppSumo isn't replying to questions about it's own product on it's own platform :-)
That's not a lifetime deal. It's a bit of a con
I was guessing that was the case. So this really is NOT a "Lifetime deal" because once you hit the limit you're done!
LTD, to me as a customer, means I CAN use the offer for a "lifetime" NOT until I run out of "tokens to feed the machine!"
I, and many other customers are very disappointed by this being called an LTD, when the "L" really means LIMITED! Sorry but ZERO Taco's for this one!
