I created an automated campaign, added my contacts, it said contacts in queue to send... I waited over 24 hours... nothing happened. It refused to send my emails. I tried to delete the contacts and add them again. Still nothing. Yet it sends my test email. I've used other products before and am not too impressed with this one. Seems glitchy.

I have a small YouTube channel and needed a solution to handle mailing lists. This does the job perfectly. It is easy to set up, and I can see plenty of further advanced features I'll use as my mailing list grows.

I have an organic list, minimal sends, watch my words, minimal links, minimal graphics, and I have a few unsubscribes but nothing crazy. I tried to send to my list this morning and SendFox decided to "optimize" my send. From my list of a couple thousand... they sent my email to four people. Useless.

The html editor included in the lifetime deal is super minimal, you need to pay a monthly fee to get a useable html editor. A bigger problem is that there's no indication of this in the product, you just encounter bugs. If you try to do anything more than a couple of lines of html it just crashes without providing any kind of error message as to the reason it crashed. I tried to send a test email since the preview crashed and I got "Too many attempts, please wait and try again." even though it was my first attempt. The issue was actually that I had too much html for the plan, not too many attempts.

The contacts dashboard did not correctly count contacts. It showed I had 6 contacts when I had only entered my own email for testing.

30 minutes of testing showed that this is not fit for production, even for a small mailing list.

A PlugIn addOns zu FluentSMTP would be perfect.
